We took time out from from out studio to visit the Long Beach Boxing & Fitness Gym.  The LB Boxing & Fitness is not just a boxing gym. Its a place where aspiring professional boxing are made. It's also a  place kids on the streets have a positive place to train and connect with professional trainers and former World Champions.   Below is  an intro.
